Pai Kane Group wins the 4th consecutive EEPC India Award for Export Excellence
As yet another year draws to an end, we at Pai Kane Group, take the opportunity to reminisce about the events and accomplishments of the past 12 months of a milestone year that was also the 30th anniversary of our company.
Let’s begin with a flashback from 30 years ago of the humble beginnings of the first-ever Pai Kane generator set that was brought to life in the garage of Atul Pai Kane, now Chairman and Managing Director of the Pai Kane Group.
Fast forward to 2019, and this was also the year that coincidentally, Mr. Pai Kane was named “Businessman of the Year” at the Business Goa Awards this year.
Maintaining our Global Reach
Just like every year, one of our goals as a global player in the power sector is to expand our global reach.
The year 2019 witnessed a large number of export orders to countries across the world including Senegal, Uganda, Rwanda, Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Malaysia, apart from the continuing supply of power generation solutions and services in India.
It isn’t a wonder, then, that we won the fourth consecutive EEPC India Award for Export Excellence, at the 35th EEPC Award ceremony, held at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai in February, earlier this year.
Apart from working with private organisations across various sectors, we also had the pleasure of working with government organisations including the Archaeological Department of India, the IOCL, the Government of Maharashtra, and the Government of Himachal Pradesh, among others.
Powering a Greener Future
One of the latest ventures we are really proud of is the step we have taken towards the greener power solutions and towards becoming a strategic player in the solar energy sector, with Solray Solutions LLP, an enterprise of the Pai Kane Group, that came into play a few years ago but saw a spurt of orders this year, along with its first overseas order, as well.

Participation in Vibrant Goa 2019
In October this year, we participated in Vibrant Goa 2019, the much-awaited Global Expo and Summit that was the highlight of the year for the entire business community in Goa. Being Goa-based as well as a global player in the power sector, it was essential for us at Pai Kane Group to be part of the event. The summit that brought together Goan industries and the Goan business community, was an ideal opportunity to showcase our strengths and to highlight potential business opportunities to an expansive audience of potential partners from over 200 foreign companies from 15 countries worldwide and 2000 Indian companies from 20 states across India.

Exhibitions and Seminars
Apart from Vibrant Goa, we actively participated in various events across the country. Some of these were the ‘Interiors and Exteriors Exhibition’ in February and the ‘Goa Food and Hospitality’ Exhibition in July. We also organised a very successful seminar on Gas Generators at Agra in May, earlier this year.

Of course, any achievement of a company is a direct representation of the work, dedication, involvement, and support of its personnel, business partners, clientele and well-wishers.
