Sheet Metal Components

Pai Kane Group specializes in producing to specification, sheet metal components that go into a variety of products like generators, pumps, panels, compact sub-stations, UPS, etc.

We have a fully integrated sheet metal manufacturing facility with punching, shearing & bending operations, fabrication, pre-treatment and powder coating processes.

We have a machine shop which includes 2 units of Amada Turret Punch Presses, 3 units of Amada Press Brakes, 1 unit of Safan Press brake, 1 unit of Shearing machine. The fabrication shop comprises of 18 MIG welding machines and 18 work tables. After fabrication, the parts are sent to the Pre-Treatment Plant which is equipped with 11 tanks chemical process. A state-of-the-art automatic Powder Coating Plant is used for powder coating the components to give them the desired quality finish.

We have strong designing capabilities to meet varied customer demands. With an experienced team and a well established setup, we can deliver large volumes with the best quality.
