Automatic Voltage Regulator

Comprehensive Voltage Stabilization for Sensitive Equipments

The Pai Kane Group’s Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) is a high-performance solution designed to deliver stable and reliable power to critical equipment. With its advanced servo control technology and robust protection features, the AVR ensures optimal performance and safeguards your sensitive devices from voltage fluctuations.

Industrial Facilities
Manufacturing plants, factories, and processing facilities.

Commercial Buildings
Offices, retail stores, and data centres.

Healthcare Facilities
Hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.

Residential
Homes with sensitive electronic equipment.

1. Accurate Voltage Regulation

Ensures output voltage remains within specified limits, reducing downtime and equipment damage.

2. Wide Input Voltage Range

Accommodates variations in input voltage, making it suitable for various power supply conditions.

3. Comprehensive Protection

Equipped with features like overload cutoff, short circuit protection, and single phasing preventer for enhanced safety.

4. Under/Over Voltage & Overload Protection

Our AVRs can safely shut down or limit its output when the input voltage is too high or too low, or when the load exceeds the rated capacity. This prevents damage to both the AVR and connected equipment.

5. 100 Event Log

The AVR can store up to 100 event records in its memory. This log can be used to track the device’s performance, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot problems. Each event record typically includes a timestamp, the type of event (e.g., overvoltage, undervoltage, overload), and relevant data.

6. 2 Line LCD Panel

The AVR is equipped with a 2-line LCD panel that displays information about the device’s status and operation. This includes:

  • Input voltage: The current voltage being supplied to the AVR.

  • Output voltage: The voltage being delivered to the connected load.

  • Current: The amount of current flowing through the AVR.

  • Frequency: The frequency of the input and output power.

  • Fault indicators: Signals to indicate when a fault has occurred, such as an overload or undervoltage condition.

7. Durable Construction

Built to withstand harsh operating conditions, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
