On the occasion of our Founder’s Day on May 5th, 2017, we inaugurated an Amada Laser Cutting Machine ENSIS 3015 AJ. The installation of this model, is the second for Amada in India. The ENSIS AJ series uses Amada’s proprietary fibre laser technology to process both thin and thick materials without a cutting lens change or manual setup. The 2kW fibre engine incorporates Amada’s ENSIS Technology that optimizes the laser mode and Beam Parameter Product (BPP) based on the material thickness being processed. The ENSIS AJ Series achieves high-speed cutting in thin material, a key capability of fibre technology, and the ability to process thick plate – a capability only achievable with 4kW CO2 technology.
